5. Minimum 12 Litres Fuel Should be available in the car to run up to the car carrier point and same way from car carrier point destination.Carrying Liquor, Gas Cylinder, Acid, Explosives, any type of in??ammable liquids and illegal articles are totally prohibited,

6. We do not undertake electrical| Carpentry & Plumbing Job. We will provide on the basis of availability and will be Charged extra.

7. If there is any extra service or of any article other then our Article List / Estimate, we Charge extra for the same accordingly.

8. We request you to give us 3 days advance notice to give you a prompt service. We request you to pay 25% as advance total amount along with purchase order and balance amount on completion of your work at loading point. No Loading & Unloading in the State 0f Kerala

9. If you send back our packers who came for packing as per our discussion, you have to pay all the expenses incurred.

10. We or our Agent Shall be exempted from any kind of loss or damage done due to accident, pilferage, ??re, rain, collation, or any other road / rider hazard or any natural calamity. So to avoid loss or damage. We advise you to insure your consignment covering all risk. No individual Policy/Receipt will be given in case of carrier risk.

11. we are not responsible for breakage of pots.

12. Switch o?? the Refrigerator 12 hours before packing, Jewelry / Ornaments / Documents and small valuable items should be removed before packing,we are not responsible for your valuable items as mentioned in this point

13. For monsoon, rainy season, foggy weather, riots, vehide breakdown and any other natural calamity, please add two days extra in transit time.

14. Monthly storage charges has to be paid before 05th of every month else penalty charges of rupees 200 per day will be charged

15. In case of no communication from you with respect to your goods or storage charges all charges incurred by service provider will be borne by customer

16. Carton boxes need to be returned after unloading before our team leaves the place, incase kept 100 Rs per box is charged

17. We or our agent are not responsible for any damages during transit, you can opt insurance coverage for same

18. Once boxes are retained by the customer, they would like to return it to us, then the same can be returned and returning charges would be borne by customer, Per day carton rental charges 15Rs/per carton applicable

19. Incase if a customer wants to return the retained carton boxes, it will be accepted only if the condition of the carton box is intact/maintained/ it should be in acceptable condition and the amount shall not be refunded if the carton box condition is not acceptable

20. Packing materials like Moving blankets, bubble sheets and Lamination ??lm and carton boxes are proprietary to the Moving team and has to be returned to them without fail

21. We don't do wardrobe dismantling and re??tting as it involves carpenter work

22. For overdue payments per day interest charges of 14% is applicable

23. For International shipments Quotes are di??erent for Port and door deliveries

24. For International shipments Destination duty and tax at actuals to be paid to respective country governments

25. All Quotes are valid till 3 days only

26. For International shipments Mandatory documents to be submitted: Passport,Visa,Flight tickets

27. For International shipments Destination duty and tax at consignee account

28. For International shipments packing if required are additional at consignee account

29. You hereby accept our terms and conditions upon the receipt of this Quotation

30. Rope Usage charges are extra, amount depends on scenario of Rope Usage and will be decided by the Move coordinator on the spot

31. Note: Packing would be provided for Electronic items and Fragile items only for local shifting
